摘要
现有的本体模型和本体库无法满足面向客户的多源产品和服务需求。为此,从客户视角出发,扩展多源电子目录本体复杂语义关系,引入通用属性和商业属性,采用与UNSPSC、ecl@ssowl和Wordnet映射的方法,设计了面向客户的电子商务网站产品和服务元模型。最后以eBay网站"computer"产品为例说明了该模型的可行性。
The current ontology models and ontology libraries are unable to meet the needs of customer-oriented multi-source products and services.Therefore,this paper expanded the complex semantic relations of multi-source e-catalog,and introduced generic attributes and business attributes from the customer's perspective.The method of mapping with UNSPSC,ecl@ss.owl and Wordnet was adopted to design e-catalog ontology meta model for e-business based on customer.In the end,"computer" of eBay site was given as an example to show the availability of the model.
