摘要
来自于不同医院的医疗数据的异构性阻碍了信息的共享,采用基于OSGA-DAI的中间件法解决异构医疗数据集成是一种有效的方式。OGSA-DAI屏蔽了数据资源在存储管理上的异构。对于数据资源在语义上的异构,系统采用信息映射的方法,将数据库中物理表的数据映射到虚拟表中。重点探讨了查询解析算法的设计与实现,该算法用于将针对虚拟表的查询转换为针对物理表的查询,使用户不必了解物理数据资源即可查询获取数据。
Heterogeneity existed in electronic patient record system hinders the share of clinical information.Middleware based on OGSA-DAI is an efficient solution for managing and collaborating distributed and heterogeneous resources in clinical domain.OGSA-DAI provides a unified and transparent access to distributed heterogeneous storage resources and this solution adopts information mapping to solve data heterogeneity on information expressed.The platform provides a uniform view for distributed and heterogeneous electronic patient record system.The query parse solution transfers the query on virtual table to physical table,so users can obtain useful information without understanding detail of medical data resources.
