摘要 从工程设计问题出发,简要分析了维修性在产品研制中的重要意义,以及在设计阶段就开展维修性评估和优化的必要性。给出了虚拟维修技术的定义和研究内容,从虚拟维修环境、虚拟维修关键技术和虚拟维修系统三个方面对虚拟维修技术的研究情况进行了分析。给出了几种虚拟维修环境的特点及不足,分析了虚拟环境下的维修建模、维修仿真和维修评价关键技术,指出了目前虚拟维修关键技术研究中存在的问题,给出了典型虚拟维修系统。最后,探讨了虚拟维修技术的发展方向。 The important significance of maintainability was analyzed in product development,and the essentiality of maintainability assessment and optimization was investigated in design stage based analyzing engineering problem.The definition and study content of VM(Virtual Maintenance) were made,and VM technology was analyzed from three aspects: VM environment,VM key technologies,and VM systems.The characteristics and shortcomings of VM environment were illuminated.VM key technologies were analyzed,such as maintenance modeling,maintenance planning and maintenance assessment,and the existent problem of studying VM key technologies was pointed out.The typical virtual maintenance systems were introduced.At last,the development directions in future were discussed.
