摘要
为了提高仿真分析模型的可维护性、可扩展性,以离散式生产系统为研究对象,基于AutoMod仿真软件,提出一种快速构建面向具体应用对象的参数化建模的方法。该方法以模型实体与逻辑控制程序分离为基本思想,通过模型生成器利用基础数据信息,分别从典型模型库和逻辑程序控制库中选取匹配的建模对象,以典型模型实例化过程替代从无到有的模型创建过程,自动快速地实现仿真模型的构建。最后以某企业的生产为例,验证了该方法的有效性。
To build simulation model for the discrete production system rapidly and improve the maintainability and extensibility of the model,a specific application oriented parametric modeling approach based on AutoMod simulation software was proposed.Considering model entity and simulation logic respectively,simulation model can be built automatically and quickly by model generator,which reads basic data firstly,chooses suit model and controls logic from typical model library and program library secondly,then end the process with typical model instantiation.The practicability and universality of the approach are proved by its application in a enterprise.
