Implementation of Tibetan SMS service platform based on Unicode

通过对藏文短信息服务特殊需求、藏文编码标准和藏文传输技术的分析研究,提出了一种基于Unicode藏文编码标准的、不依赖于终端的、从终端到平台支撑的藏文短信息服务平台的实现技术。实现了一种基于Unicode编码的集成业务接入、业务管理、群发管理和用户管理的藏文短信服务平台。

Through analysis of the special needs of Tibetan Short Message System（SMS） service,the Tibetan coding standard,and Tibetan transfer technology,an implementation technology of Tibetan SMS service platform based on Unicode standard was proposed,which does not depend on the terminal facility,and provides end-to-platform support.A Tibetan SMS service platform based on Unicode,integrating service access,operation management,mass sending management and user management was implemented.
