摘要
自动变速箱是现代汽车的关键总成之一。对液力自动变速箱、电控机械式自动变速箱、无级自动变速箱以及双离合器自动变速箱的发展现状进行了研究,分析了这四种自动变速箱目前存在的优势和劣势,并在此基础上对这四种类型自动变速箱的技术发展趋势进行了展望。液力自动变速箱将向多速化、轻量化、低噪声等方向发展,电控机械式自动变速箱将向高可靠性、协调化控制等方向发展,无级自动变速箱将向高扭矩传递能力、高传递效率等方向发展,双离合器自动变速箱将向高换挡性能、完善控制技术等方向发展。
The developmental status of automatic transmission that includes hydraulic automated transmission, automatic mechanical transmission, continuously variable transmission and dual clutch transmission are researched, and the advantage and disadvantage of the four variaties of automatic transmission is also analysised. Finally, this article prospects the technical direction of automatic transmission. There are separate development directions for different kinds of automatic transmission, i.e. hydraulic automated transmission towards multivelocity, light weight and low noise; automatic mechanical transmission tending to high reliability and coordinate control; continuously variable transmission apt to high torque transmission capability and efficiency; dual clutch transmission inclining to make shifting performance higher and control technology faultless.
