摘要
弧焊逆变器是当前焊接电源设备发展的主流方向,而电子开关器件则是其核心之一。介绍了弧焊逆变器的基本工作原理,通过对晶闸管、晶体管、MOSFETI、GBT等传统的电子开关器件在弧焊逆变器中的应用现状分析,指出电子开关器件向大功率、模块化、高频化、全控化和多功能化的发展趋势。晶闸管、晶体管式逆变弧焊器将完全被IGBT式所代替,高频、中小容量的MOSFET式逆变器仍有一定市场,集成门极换向型晶闸管(IGCT)、电子注入增强门极晶体管(IEGT)等新型的电子开关器件将在弧焊逆变器中得到广泛应用。
The arc welding inverter is the essential direction of the welding power machines at present,and electronics switch is one of its cores.This text mainly introduces the basic principle of arc welding inverter,and summarizes the current developing status of electronics switch, such ms thyristor,transistor, MOSFET and IGBT...etc.At last it is pointed out that the trend of the electronics switch is high power,integrated,high frequency,fully controlled,multifunctional.Thyristor and transistor welding inverter will completely replaced by IGBT type,and MOSFET inverter have a certain proportion in market.Integrated gate cormnutated thyristor(IGGT )and injection enhanced gate transistor(IGCT)will be widely used in arc welding inverter.
