摘要
运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对高速主轴进行了热-结构耦合分析。主轴热-结构耦合分析的有关边界条件数据来源于实际工况测试,分析得出主轴的热分布图、热变形图、轴承内外圈热应变分布,由这些分析结果验证了轴承预紧力和装配过盈量的合理性,热变形过大则适当改变预紧力和装配过盈量,从而改变热结构耦合分析的边界条件进而改变热结构耦合分析的结果,由结果数据比较得出最佳预紧力和装配过盈量。
In the paper, thermal-structural coupling analysis was used for the high-speed spindle by ANSYS o relevant boundary data of the spindle analysis is derived from the actual working conditions, the analysis result in heat ~ thermal deformation and bearing's inner and outer rings strain distribution, these analysis results testified the rationality and scientificity for the angular ball bearing preload and assembling interference . thermal deformation can be controlled by adjusting the preload and assembling interference, which equal to change the thermal boundary conditions of the coupling analysis, and finally reduce the changeable analysis results, we can obtained the optimum pre-tightening force and assembling interference from the data comparison results.
