摘要
送丝机和弧焊电源分别内置PIC单片机控制系统,由数据线和焊接电缆构成数据传输通道,并采用全双工异步串行通信模式,实现两者之间的信息交换。电源线和焊接电缆构成电源回路,为送丝机和控制系统提供电能。该焊机同时实现了人机界面、数字化焊接时序控制和数字化送丝功能,并可在送丝机上显示焊接参数。用数据线、电源线和焊接电缆代替原来的六根控制线和焊接电缆,来实现弧焊电源与送丝机的信息的交换,不但抗干扰能力强、可靠性和稳定性高,且节约材料,降低了成本,同时焊接参数调节更方便。
Wire feeder and welding power supply embedded PIC microcontmller control systems, respectively ,the data lines and welding cables were used as data transmission channel,which used the model of Full-duplex asynchronous serial communication to exchange information.The power cord and welding cable were used to provide power to the wire feeder and control system.This system achieved a human-machine interface ,digital timing control and digital wire feeding capabilities, and it also could display the real-time welding parameters on the wire feeder.Using the data lines,power and a welding cable to replace the original six control lines and a welding cable to achieve information exchange between power and wire feeder,which not only had strong anti-interference ability, high reliability and stability, but also saved materials ,cost lower, while welding parameters were easier to adjust.
