摘要
设计并实现了基于DSP2812的ZX7-400逆变式直流弧焊机人机交互和数字PID控制系统。该控制系统主控芯片为TMS320F2812芯片,主频最高可达150 MHz,配以HD7979数码管键盘控制芯片,充分结合模拟电路、数字电路和DSP的优势,在模拟PI进行内环控制的基础上,实现了数字PID外环控制的手工焊和简单氩弧焊功能,并实现弧焊参数的数字化输入、锁定、显示、存储和调用,焊机还设有自起风机、过热保护、网压过/欠电压保护电路,不仅解决了传统弧焊参数输入和显示不精确及重复性差的问题,而且实现了焊接控制的数字化和智能化。
This paper design and developed a digital control system for ZX7-400 electric welding machine based on DSP2812.The control system fully utilizing the advantages of analog circuit,digital circuit and DSP by adding digital PID loop control to analog PI_loop control.The input,lock,display,storage and call of welding parameters realized in this control system.It not only solved the problem of traditional arc welding machine that the input and display of parameters is imprecise and hard to repeat, But also realized the digital and intelligent control of welding.
