摘要
双丝焊接是一种高效节能、优质经济的焊接工艺方法,能够提高焊接生产效率和焊接质量。确定了双丝焊数字化电源的总体方案,设计了两台并行的IGBT全桥逆变主电路的拓扑结构和以TMS320F2808 DSP为核心的硬件控制系统,通过测试平台对系统进行全面测试,测试表明所设计的硬件系统能稳定运行。
It is a welding technique with high energy efficiency ,high quality and with low cost which can raise working production efficiency and welding quality.A general design of digital twin-wire welding power supply was selected firstly,and two parallel IGBT full bridge converter main circuit with topological structures were designed.A hardware control system based on DSP TMS320F2808 was designed ,The hardware system designed could operate stably after total test through test bench.
