摘要
目前室外清洁、高空表演及攀岩等活动缺乏可靠设备实现方便、安全地升降,设计一款大小合适、方便操作又安全的升降装置对它们意义重大。从安全出发,采用40:1带自锁功能的蜗轮蜗杆结构,通过压绳齿轮和过绳齿轮的配合,设计了一款便携的沿绳升降装置,同时蜗轮蜗杆作为该装置的动力输入,方便操作。通过多次试验,引入永磁铁装置,对收起后的摇臂进行有效定位,同时改进了装置的卷扬设计,提高了安全系数。经校核计算表明,该装置能安全悬挂住65公斤的目标重物。
Currently outdoor cleaning, high-altitude performance, and rock climbing activities have no devices to realize lifting easy and safe, it's significance to design a size suitable, easy and safe operation of lifting devices. This paper, put safety first, using the 40:1 function with self-locking worm gear structure, with the matching of press rope gear and through rope gear, designed a portable lifting device along the rope, also, the worm is the device power input, make it convenient to be operationed. After many experiments, add a permanent magnet device to put the arm at a effective positioning, it also improving the device winch designed to improve the safety factor. The checking calculations show that the device can safely stay 65 kg weight suspension target.
