摘要
针对厚80 mm的1Cr5Mo钢板的焊接,从脆硬倾向和再热裂纹两方面分析了母材的焊接性;从焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接坡口、焊前预热、焊后热处理的选择进行了焊接工艺探讨;并按照标准JB4708-2000进行了焊接工艺评定,拉伸、弯曲和冲击韧性试验均符合标准要求,从而确定了厚板1Cr5Mo的焊接工艺要点是:控制预热温度和层间温度,选择合理的焊接工艺参数,焊后立即进行中间热处理和最终整体热处理,从而保证了产品的焊接质量。
For the welding of 80 mm thickness steel 1Cr5Mo, the weldability of base metal is analyzed from its harden quenching tendency and reheat crack in this paper.In order to get the suitable welding procedure, the welding method,welding material,welding groove, preheat,post-weld heat treatment are investigated,and then make welding procedure qualification according to JB4708-2000, tensile test,bending test and impact test meet the standard,thus the main point of welding procedure which can guaranty the welding quality is determined :controling preheat temperature and interpass temperature,selecting suitable welding procedure parameters, making middle heat treatment and final whole heat treatment after welding immediately.
