摘要
通过对厚1.5 mm铝合金薄板和厚1.2mm钢板自动拼焊设备及工艺的研究,使用气囊式压紧机构,采用TIG焊接工艺方法、自动填丝机和弧长自动调整系统,通过控制脉冲电流,制造出长达3 200 mm的薄板拼焊接缝,满足II级以上焊缝要求,焊后变形不超过2 mm。
Aimed at the welding assembly(L=3 200 mm) for the mild steel thin-plate(t=1.2 mm) and the aluminum-alloy sheets(t=1.5 mm), a set of welding equipment has been found to meet the design requirement.Through the applications of air chamber ,TIG technology ,the arc length automatic system, and the accurate pulse electric current control, the welding deformation have been well controlled and the welding joint intension was improved.
