摘要
以月桂酸为起始原料,经酯交换和Lewis酸重排反应得长脂肪链月桂酰乙醛(3);3在p-TsOH/DMSO催化下与抗坏血酸于60℃反应3.0 h合成抗坏血酸月桂酰乙醛缩醛,其结构经1HNMR,IR和ESI-MS表征。
Lauroyl aldehyde acetals of ascorbic acid was synthesized using lauric acid as starting material by interesterification and Lewis acid rearrangement to the long-chains lauroyl acetaldehyde, and then react with ascorbic acid using p-TsOH as catalyst, DMSO as solvent. The structure was characterized by ^1H NMR, IR and ESI-MS.
