纳米二氧化硅固载钨硅杂多酸催化合成琥珀酸二乙酯

摘要 以纳米二氧化硅固载钨硅杂多酸为催化剂,琥珀酸和乙醇为原料,合成琥珀酸二乙酯。结果表明,纳米二氧化硅固载钨硅杂多酸是合成琥珀酸二乙酯的良好催化剂,适宜的工艺条件为:酸醇物质的量比为1∶6,催化剂用量为5%,反应时间为5 h,该条件下酯化率可达91%。 Synthesis of diethyl succinate from succinic acid and ethyl alcohol with nanometer H4SiW12O40/SiO2 as catalyst was carried out in the experiments.The results showed that nano-H4SiW12O40/SiO2 was a good catalyst for synthesizing diethyl succinate and the optimum technical conditions were summed up as follows: molar ratio of succinic acid to ethyl alcohol was 1∶6,the use level of catalyst was 5 %,and the reaction time was 5 h.Under the above conditions,the yield of diethyl succinate was about 91 %.
