见血飞对小鼠出血时间和凝血时间的影响 被引量:17

Effect of Toddalia asiatica on Bleeding Time and Clotting Time in Mice

摘要 目的:观察见血飞石油醚、乙酸乙酯、甲醇部位的凝血作用。方法:采用毛细玻管法及玻片法观察这3个部位对小鼠凝血时间的影响;采用断尾法观察其对小鼠出血时间的影响。结果:玻片法中,甲醇部位的3个剂量组、石油醚部位的中剂量组和乙酸乙酯部位的低剂量组与空白组比较能显著缩短小鼠的凝血时间。毛细玻管法中,甲醇部位的3个剂量组及乙酸乙酯的高、中剂量组与空白组比较能显著缩短小鼠的凝血时间。断尾法中,石油醚部位的低剂量组与空白组比较无显著性差异,其它各组的出血时间都明显短于空白组。结论:在这3个部位中,见血飞甲醇部位的凝血作用最好,有提高机体凝血功能、增强止血的作用。 OBJECTIVE: To observe the blood coagulation of petroleum ether extract, ethyl acetate extract and methanol extract of Toddalia asiatica. METHODS: The glass capillary tube method and slide method were used to observe the effects of petroleum ether extract, ethyl acetate extract and methanol extract of T. asiatica on the clotting time. The tail of mice was cut to observe the effect of the effects of petroleum ether extract, ethyl acetate extract and methanol extract of T. asiatica on the bleeding time. RESULTS: In slide method, methanol extract, medium-dose petroleum ether and low-dose ethyl acetate significantly shortened the clotting time, compared with blank group. In glass capillary tube method, methanol extract, high-dose and medium-dose ethyl acetate and blank group significantly reduced the clotting time. In tail method, there was no significant difference in bleeding time between low-dose petroleum ether group and blank group. Those of other groups were significantly shorter than that of blank group, there were significant differences. CONCLUSION: Among 3 kinds of extracts, the activity of methanol extract is the best. The methanol extract of T. asiatica promote coagulation function and stypticity activity.
