摘要
目的:研究姜黄素多孔淀粉微球对蟾蜍黏膜纤毛转运能力的影响。方法:以在体蟾蜍上颚黏膜纤毛为模型,以聚酰胺颗粒为指示物,观察其在纤毛表面持续运动的速率。结果:姜黄素混悬液对蟾蜍上颚黏膜纤毛的运动有明显的抑制,而姜黄素多孔淀粉微球对纤毛转运能力没有明显影响。结论:姜黄素多孔淀粉微球能显著降低姜黄素对纤毛转运能力的抑制。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of the curcumin starch microspheres on the movement of cilia in toad venon maxilla. METHODS: Using mucociliary of toad venon maxilla as model, the translation rates of polyamide granule were observed. RESULTS: The movements of the cilia were inhibited by the curcumin suspension significantly while not by curcumin starch microspheres. CONCLUSION: The curcumin starch microspheres can significantly reduce the mucociliary movement.
