摘要
目的:建立养精种玉汤乙酸乙酯提取部位的指纹图谱。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Gemini C1(8250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%醋酸水溶液(梯度洗脱),检测波长为240nm,流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温为25℃。结果:养精种玉汤的指纹图谱主要有21个特征峰,其中归属白芍的特征峰有5个,山茱萸6个,当归1个,熟地黄2个。结论:建立的指纹图谱适用于养精种玉汤及其制剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To set up the HPLC fingerprint of the ethyl acetate extract of Yangjing zhongyu decoction. METHODS: HPLC was adopted in the fingerprint analysis, and the chromatographic conditions were as follows: Gemini C18(250×4.6 mm, 5 μm) column; mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% acetic acid solution (gradient elution); the detection wavelength at 240 nm; the column temperature of 25 ℃; the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. RESULTS: There were mainly 21 characteristic peaks in the fingerprints. Among these peaks, 5 peaks belonged to Paeonia lactiflora, 6 peaks belonged to Cornus officinalis, 1 speak belonged to Angelica sinensis, and 2 peaks belonged to Rehmannia glutinose Praeparata. CONCLUSION: The fingerprint can be used to control the quality of Yangjing zhongyu decoction and its preparations.
