摘要
刀具半径补偿是图形化编程系统一个重要的功能模块,它的引入是为了减少刀具半径在切削过程中造成的误差。论文是在分析了当前较流行的刀具半径补偿算法的基础上,采用了有向几何的思想,提出了一种改进算法并将其引入蓝天数控图形化编程系统中。实验表明,该算法很好地减少了图形化编程中刀具半径而造成的误差,且简单,具有很好的通用性。
Tool radius compensation is an important function module in graphical programming system;its introduction is in order to reduce the tool radius error in the processing of cutting.On the basis of analyzing popular tool radius compensation algorithms,we adopted the directed geometrical,proposed an improved algorithm and embedded it into graphical programming system of LanTian CNC.Experimental results show that this algorithm is simple and in common use,it can well reduce the tool radius error in graphical programming system.
