摘要
以PC-based开放式数控系统为平台,提出了一种具有数控代码超前解释功能和微小路径自适应前瞻插补的改进型插补算法,以提高刀具插补的速度和精度,同时还可以减少机床加工时的冲击,提高零件的加工质量。以圆弧的三次NURBS插补为例,经前瞻加减速处理后,能够提前预测曲线的变化趋势,并及时的调整插补进给速度,减少了机床加工时的冲击。仿真测试结果表明,插补运算时间很小,插补运算效率大大提高,达到了较好的实时性和平稳性要求。
An improved interpolation algorithm is proposed on the base of open architecture CNC in this paper,which has the function of NC code pre-interpreting and strength of little path adaptive look-ahead interpolation.It helps to improve the speed and precision of interpolation,reduce the attack of machining,and improve the manufacturing quality.The three NURBS curve interpolation has been taken for example,processed by look-head acceleration-deceleration algorithm,which can predict the curve trends in advance,make adjustments in time for feed rate,and help to reduce the machining impact.Simulation results showed that the interpolation time is reduced to limit and efficiency is greatly increased,which helps to achieve the performance of real-time and stationarity.
