摘要 曲线齿圆柱齿轮传动作为一种新型的齿轮传动,不仅继承了传统齿轮的优点,还有传动平稳、接触线长、加工工艺简单等优点。根据曲线齿圆柱齿轮的加工原理,提出基于齿轮齿条啮合原理的曲线齿圆柱齿轮的特征建模方法;同时以二次开发工具UG/Open GRIP编写程序实现曲线齿圆柱齿轮的仿真加工。建立的曲线齿圆柱齿轮的实体模型,可以进行曲线齿圆柱齿轮的模拟装配、干涉检验、运动仿真和有限元强度分析,为曲线齿圆柱齿轮的优化设计、制造和分析检验打下基础。 Gear with curvilinear-tooth is a new kind of gears,inherits the advantages of the traditional gears and has smooth transmission,longer contact-line,simple manufacture and so on.It takes the Feature Modeling to complete the geometry model of the gear with curvilinear-tooth based on the theory of meshing between gears and rocks,and makes program of completing the modeling of gear with curvilinear-tooth conveniently and quickly by development of UG/Open GRIP.It can assembly,interference inspection,motion simulation and finite element strength analysis through the model created by this way,which lay the foundation for optimization design,manufacture and analysis.
