摘要 通过船用螺旋桨叶片的砂带磨削试验及试验结果进行对比,对影响叶片磨削精度的因素进行了研究,对磨削过程中接触轮弹性变形、砂带弹性变形、砂带磨损和工件变形等影响叶片加工精度等因素的规律进行了深入的分析,建立了船用螺旋桨叶片砂带磨削精度基本理论模型,得出了船用螺旋桨叶片砂带磨削实际深度的公式。 The machining accuracy of marine propeller blades have a great impact on overall performance of propeller including noise,power loss and fatigue damage,while promoting efficiency and speed of navigation are subject to certain constraints.Comparing experimental results by abrasive belt grinding experiment of marine propeller,studying the factor that affecting the grinding precision of blades,and analysing deeply the regular pattern of the factor that elastic deformation of contact wheel,abrasive belt and blade and the wear of abrasive,establishing the basic precision theoretical model of marine propeller blades,drawing the actual depth formula of abrasive belt for marine propeller blades.
