On the U.S.Financial Consumer Protection System Reform from Regulatory Perspective

美国在金融消费者保护领域有着较为完备的法律体系,但次贷危机中仍暴露出明显问题。强化消费者保护被确认为美国金融监管改革的一项重要内容,其制度变革的考量值得深入研究。本文从监管角度分析了美国金融消费者保护的制度缺陷和制度改进,并结合我国实际提出建设我国金融消费者保护体系的建议。

The U.S.has built relatively complete legal system to protect financial consumers,but some institutional problems were still exposed in the Subprime Crisis.After the crisis,strengthening financial consumer protection became an important content of U.S financial regulatory reform.We shall conduct an in-depth research on the institutional change.The article analyzes the defect and improvement of U.S financial consumer protection from regulatory perspective and makes some suggestions for the construction of domestic financial consumer protection system.
