本文从建立金融产品研发质量体系对研发质量控制活动的重要性出发,探讨了金融产品研发质量体系的主要构成内容,即提出以研发组织管理、研发流程管理、研发质量评估和研发文档管理为基础的金融产品研发质量体系基本框架,特别对体系中的质量评价指标的组成和设计进行了较为深入的研究,以实现对整个金融产品研发流程进行全面质量控制,提高金融产品的设计质量,从而提升金融产品的核心竞争力。

The paper begins with the importance of quality system in private banking product development.It proposes to set up the framework of quality system,which is composed of organization management,workflow management,quality evaluation,and documentation management.It particularly conducts an in-depth analysis on the composition and design of quality evaluation indicators.With the above measures,we expect to achieve quality control throughout the whole process,to improve the quality of financial product design and core competitiveness of financial product.
