A Study on the Transferred Coating of Sodium Silicate Sand

以水玻璃黏结剂、混合锆英粉等为主要组分研制了高强度的转移涂料配方,针对涂层和砂型附着力弱的问题提出了在水玻璃砂和转移涂层之间填充粗的过渡型砂,以提高界面附着力和不同体系型砂之间的咬合程度,解决了水玻璃砂转移涂料的关键问题.

The optimum composition with high strength of the transferred coating is produced with the sodium silicate and the composite zircon powder. With regard to the weak adhesion problem, this paper suggests filling thick transition sand between the sodium silicate sand and transferred coat, so as to improve the interface adhesion and occlusion between different systems of sand and solve the key problem of the transferred coating of sodium silicate sand.
