摘要
以高校图书馆数字资源采访绩效评价的针对性、系统性、经济性和发展性为原则,确定出评价指标体系,然后使用多属性决策的理论及方法研究了定量评价模型,并通过仿真说明模型的可行性和实用性.
Based on the principles regarding the performance appraisal of the acquisition of digital resources in universities' libraries, which are pertinence, systematicness, economy and expansibility, this paper identifies an evaluation index system and then a mathematic model of quantitative evaluation is studied based on multiple - attribute decision making theory and methods. The simulation proves the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method.
