摘要
为准确客观评价深圳港的综合竞争力,选用34个可以量化的评价指标.采用因子分析法在众多评价指标中提取影响深圳综合竞争力的公共因子,对深圳港2003—2008年及周边港口的综合竞争力进行分析比较.采用数据包络分析法对影响深圳综合竞争力的公共因子中指标的投入产出的有效性进行分析.引入交叉评价机制对广州、上海、厦门、珠海和深圳在某些方面的有效性进行分析比较,旨在为港口发展战略提供理论参考.
To evaluate Shenzhen port's comprehensive competitiveness correctly and objectively,34 quantitative measurement indicators were used.Factor analysis was applied to extract common factors which determine Shenzhen port's competitiveness from a large number of measurement indicators.Shenzhen port's competitiveness in six years from 2003 to 2008 was analyzed,and its competitiveness was compared with other ports in its periphery.Data envelopment analysis(DEA) was applied to measure the efficiency on Shenzhen port in different years.Cross evaluation was introduced to compare efficiency in some aspects of the five ports,including Guangzhou,Shanghai,Xiamen,Zhuhai and Shenzhen.
