独立学院大学生就业现状与对策探析

The Present Situation of and Countermeasures for Employment of the Independent College Graduates

随着我国高等教育事业的快速发展,大学生就业面临着许多新的挑战,大学生就业难的现象日渐突出,独立学院作为普通本科高校依据教育部门的规定创办的本科层次的新机制,为我国的扩大本科教育规模做出了积极的贡献,但独立学院大学生因社会原因及其自身原因在就业中承受着高于普通大学大学生更大的压力。本文分析了独立学院大学生的特点及其就业所面临的问题,提出了一些解决独立学院大学生就业困境的对策。

With the rapid development of China＇s higher education,college students face many new job challenges.One of the obvious problems is that they find it more and more difficult for them to find a job.Independent college,as a regular undergraduate institution based on the provisions of the education sector,has set up a new mechanism for the undergraduate education,and made positive contributions to the expansion of undergraduate education.However,due to some social and personal reasons,independent college graduates suffer greater pressure for employment than the undergraduates in the non-independent colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the characteristics of independent college and university students and the problems that they are facing,and put forward some solutions for the independent college students to remove the difficulty in getting a job.
