The New Status of Qian Medicine under the Orientation of"Internationalization of Traditional Chinese Medical Treatment"and"Modernization of Chinese Herbal Medicine"

随着中国的经济飞速发展,中医药文化逐渐也获得了国际承认,中药走出国门势在必行。贵州拥有丰富的药用资源,药材GAP种植也在全省各地广泛展开。本文对黔药用资源及中药品种参与国际竞争和合作进行综合分析,认为由政府推动、企业为主、院校参与、国际市场化运作,集成研发、技术、人才等要素资源,合力突破国际化过程中的制约瓶颈。

With the rapid development of economy in China,TCM culture has received international recognition by degrees.Therefore it is inevitable for Chinese medicine to go aboard.Guizhou is rich in natural resources, and medicinal herbs are planted extensively with GAP.In this paper,it is analyzed comprehensively that,in order to participate in international competition and cooperation,and to make good use of natural resources and medicine products,a system in which＂government instructs,enterprise acts,university participates, and market operates＂should be established,so that the important elements such as research,technique and talent can be integrated for production,and the botdeneck problem that restricted the development of internationalization of Chinese medicine can be broken through.
