A Sociology Survey of the Floating Population from the Ethnic Religion:A report of the Hualong stretched noodle makers in Guangzhou

改革开放以来,青海省化隆县少数民族解放思想、创新突破,结合自身的优势,探索出一条适合自身发展的道路,取得了令人难以置信的成就。现以广州市化隆回族拉面经营群体为调查对象,分别从性别、年龄、婚姻、民族、籍贯、受教育程度、职业结构、配偶和子女的情况等几个方面来考察其基本特征,经过分析、总结,希企能得到有益的启示。

Since the reform and opening,the ethnic minorities of Hualong,Qinghai have emancipated their mind,innovated and made use of their own advantages.They have found a realistic and practical way for self-promotion and development and have achieved unbelievable success.This paper examined the characteristics of Hualong stretched noodle makers in Guangzhou from the perspectives of gender,age,marriage,nationality,native place,education,profession,spouse and children.The researcher hopes to get some useful enlightenment through the analysis and generalization.
