摘要
介绍了近年来由于矿井薄煤层的开采和井下综采机械的使用导致金鸡岩洗选厂入洗原煤煤质逐年恶化、煤泥水中细粒含量增多的现状,通过对影响高灰细粒煤泥沉降的理论分析和实验研究,选用新型有机高分子凝聚剂(8103P)与聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对煤泥水进行絮凝沉降试验,使煤泥水中的细颗粒煤泥絮凝成较大的絮团而快速沉降,达到节能降耗、提质增收之目的。
Because of thin seam coal mining and synthesis machinery application,the washing raw coal quality decreased year by year,and slime content in coal slurry increased in Jinjiyan Coal Preparation Plant.Based on the theory analysis and experimental research of affecting high ash slime sedimentation,organic polymer polycoagulant(8103P) and polyacrylamide(PAM) were selected for flocculating setting experiment in order that slime in slurry flocculate to larger flocs and settle quickly.Therefore,lower energy consumption and higher quality income could be achieved.
