摘要
介绍了晓南矿选煤厂引进KM350/2000型快速隔膜压滤机并对压滤机进行适应性改进后,实现了提高煤泥水治理的自动化程度、降低滤饼水分、减少设备运行的维护费用、改善人员劳动环境的目的,解决了由于入洗量的增加和煤质的变化导致的煤泥水治理系统难题。
The KM350/2000 fast membrane filter was introduced in Xiaonan Coal Preparation Plant.Through the adaptive improvement,it was realized to improve the degree of automation of coal slurry treatment,reduce the moisture of filter cake,decrease maintenance costs of equipment operation,improve working environment.And the problem of coal slurry treatment system which caused by increase of washing quantity and change of coal quality was solved.
