石门揭开突出危险煤层,是煤矿在巷道掘进过程中一项十分危险又不能避免的工作,由于地压、煤层瓦斯、煤体自身物理特性等诸多因素,造成石门揭煤时经常发生煤与瓦斯突出。如何能安全、快速地揭开煤层,对突出矿井的安全生产具有重要意义。鹤煤公司八矿在32采区石门采用合理的施工方案,采取严格的安全防护措施揭开突出危险煤层,其效果良好。

Rock cross-cut coal uncovering is an unavoidable and very dangerous process in roadway driving in coal mine.Due to ground pressure,coal gas and many other factors in coal body′s physical properties,so coal and gas outbursts often occur under the conditions of rock cross-cut coal uncovering.How to uncover coal seam safely and quickly has outstanding significance for safe product of coal mine with outburst danger.Reasonable construction plan was carried out in rock cross-cut of No.32 Mining Area in Hebi No.8 Coal Mine,security measures were also taken strictly to uncover coal with outburst danger,which received good effects.
