高产优质杂交中籼新组合广两优476的选育与应用

广两优476是湖北省农业科学院粮食作物研究所用广占63-4S和R476配组育成的高产优质杂交中籼新组合,父本R476是利用分子标记辅助选择技术育成的两系恢复系,含有抗白叶枯病基因Xa21和抗褐飞虱基因Bph14。在湖北省中稻区试中,该组合表现产量高、品质优、熟期适宜等特点,2010年通过了湖北省农作物品种审定委员会审定。介绍了其选育过程、特征特性、栽培及制种技术要点。

Guangliangyou 476（Guangzhan 63-4S/R476） is a new medium indica hybrid rice combination with fine grain quality and high yield developed by the Food Crops Research Institute of Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences.The restorer line R476,derived from C087（the donor of bacterial leaf blight resistant gene Xa21）,B5-10（the donor of brown planthopper resistant gene Bph14） and Yangdao 6（the elite recurrent parent）,was developed by way of molecular marker-assisted selection.Guangliangyou 476 possesses the characteristics of high yield,high quality,suitable maturity,better disease and lodging resistances.It was examined and approved by the Crop Variety Appraisal Committee of Hubei Province in 2010.In this paper,the breeding process,varietal characteristics,cultivation techniques and hybrid seed production techniques of Guangliangyou 476 were introduced in detail.
