摘要
目的了解长春市朝阳区2~6岁儿童全血微量元素(Cu、Fe、Ca、Mg、Zn)含量现状,为制定合理的膳食结构,纠正儿童不良的饮食习惯和行为,保障儿童的生长、发育健康提供参考。方法门诊就诊771例2~6岁儿童(男性431例、女性299例,按年龄分成5组,2~岁组160名;3~岁组208名;4~岁组120名;5~岁组162名,6~岁组121名)全血为临床标本,采用MB5型原子吸收分光光度仪进行微量元素测定。利用SPSS11.0统计软件进行数据处理。结果以平均值±1倍标准差的形式来表示,所有儿童全血微量元素的测定结果如下(±s):Fe(8.22±1.16)μmol/L;Ca(1.47±0.35)mmol/L;Zn(83.19±29.35)μmol/L;Cu(18.90±3.54)μmol/L;Mg(1.56±0.24)mmol/L。除Mg、Cu缺乏较少外,Ca、Zn、Fe的缺乏占相当的比例,各元素间除2岁组锌含量外性别、年龄间差别均无显著性(P>0.05),个别存在Ca、Zn超标现象。结论长春市朝阳区2~6岁儿童总体营养状况较好,但存在一些微量元素失衡情况,应引起足够重视。
Objective To investigate the status of the whole blood trace element: Ferrum(Fe),Zinc(Zn),calcium(Ca) magnesium(Mg),copper(Cu) concentration among children aged 2~6 years old in Chaoyang zone of Changchun so as to settle reasonable meal construction rectify the bad living and behavior habits proceed the artificial interfere guarantee the growth of child.Methods The whole blood trace element were measured by method MB5 of atomic absorption spectrometry in a population of 771 children aged 2~6 years old from clinic service.The result was analyzed by using SPSS11.0 software.Results The measurement result was as following(X±s) : Fe(8.22±1.16) μmol/L;Ca(1.47±0.35) mmol/L;Zn(83.19±29.35) μmol/L;Cu(18.90±3.54) μmol /L;Mg(1.56±0.24) mmol/L.Except the less whole blood Mg and Cu lack,the Ca、Zn 、Fe lack rate were serious.The Zn concentration in two years old was significantly lower than that in others(P0.05),other element did not show sexual and ages difference respectively(P0.05),in addition the Ca、Zn concentration of some children show higher in all ages difference groups.Conclusion Nutritional status of children aged 2~6 years old in Chaoyang zone of Changchun is well,but some whole blood trace element imbalance.We should pay more attention to it.
