济南疾控机构实验室资源配置与检验能力评价

Evaluation on Laboratory Equipment Collocation and Testing Capabilities in CDCs of Jinan

目的了解济南市市县两级疾控机构实验室仪器设备配制情况与检验能力。方法对济南市及10个县市区疾控机构进行问卷调查,对设备投入、人力资源情况、基础设施建设、实验室设备配置、开展检验项目等情况进行分析。结果 2008年市级、8个县级疾控机构购置了实验室仪器设备;2008年全市疾控机构共有工作人员767人,其中检验技术人员占14.86%。市级A+B类仪器设备达标率为55.81%,县级A+B类仪器设备平均达标率28.95%;市、县级C类仪器设备达标率分别为29.31%、13.57%。市级疾控机构的A类检验项目开展率、B类检验项目开展率分别为73.89%、45.11%,县级疾控机构A类检验项目平均开展率、B类检验项目平均开展率分别为43.31%、13.93%。结论 2008年市县两级级疾控机构设备投入较2007年有一定提高,但均未达到国家要求的配置标准,基本设备的数量不足。两级疾控机构专业技术人员相对不足,且项目开展率均未达到国家标准要求。

Objective To understand the laboratory equipment collocation and testing capabilities of CDCs in Jinan city and in county levels.Methods A questionnaire survey was done in Jinan city and 10 counties,and the items including equipment investment,human resources,infrastructure,laboratory equipment configuration.Results Some laboratory equipment and instruments were purchased by CDCs in Jinan municipal and 8 county-level in 2008.Total staff in CDCs of Jinan city is 767 including personnel in charge of test taking about 14.86%.The qualified rate of equipment with Class A and B was 55.81% in municipal CDC and the qualified rate was 28.95% in CDCs in county level.The rates for Class C was 29.31% and 13.57% for municipal and country＇s CDCs respectively.73.89% and 45.11% test items was carried out for Class A in municipal and country＇s CDCs respectively.And 43.31% and 13.93% of the items for Class B.Conclusion In 2008,the investment for equipment was increased than that of in 2007 to a certain degree but not up to national standard.There is shortage of professional and technical personnel in Municipal and county＇s CDCs.Test items were not reach the national standard.
