摘要
基于南京地区政府网站个性化服务的现状,调查分析了南京地区居民对本市各级各类政府网站中与自身日常生活密切相关的一些常用服务项目的反馈评价,并在归纳调研数据的基础上,探讨了一些改进措施和建议,以期为促进南京地区政府网站个性化服务的建设和发展提供相应的参考思路。
Based on the personalization service present situation of Nanjing area government website,the authors diagnose Nanjing area resident＇s feedback appraisal to all levels of each kind of government website,and these investigation projects are close related to the resident＇s daily life.The authors induct and investigate the data foundation,as well as discuss some corrective measures and suggestions,in order to provide the corresponding reference to the construction and develop of Nanjing area government website personalization services.
