摘要
编辑文化的中间层为制度文化层,编辑机制是形成制度文化层的核心内容。分析科技期刊编辑机制的现状与问题,提出以机制创新为核心的制度文化建设的思考与对策,以创新和优化科技期刊编辑机制,推动其制度文化建设,进而推动编辑文化的创新和发展,实现科技期刊可持续发展。
The middle tier of editing is the tier of system and culture,whose core is editing mechanism.The paper analyses the current status and problems of editing mechanism,and proposes ideas and countermeasures as mechanism innovation.Hence to promote culture development with innovation and optimized editing mechanism,and make further innovation and development for editing culture,and realize a sustainable development of scientific journals.
