结合印象与归因理论研究读者利用图书馆过程中产生的认知心理偏差,可提高管理者和员工的心理素养,也可进一步提升图书馆管理和服务水平。
Researching the readers' psychological deviation arousing in the course of making use of library according to impression and reason theory can improve the psychological quality of the manager and his staff.At the same time,it will improve the level of library's management and service.
