摘要 某电厂2×330MW热电机组试运中,高压加热器存在水位开关反应不灵敏、回差过大和危急疏水调节阀快开行程时间过长的问题,发生高加水位高保护动作而使高加解列。因此,对高加水位的控制和保护系统进行改进,用控制系统的完善,在一定程度上弥补了阀门和现场测点的不足,防止高加运行异常。 A 2 ×330MW thermal engineering.In the trial operation of unit the high-pressure heater system exists these problems:the water level switch response insensitive,exceeded variation and critical hydrophobic valve quick opening take a long time.Occurrence water level high protection of high- pressure heater leads to high plus disconnection.Therefore, improved control and protection system for high-pressure heater to complete with control system, valves and test points to make up for deficiencies on some extent, prevention of abnormal operation in the high-pressure heater.
