摘要
近年来我国煤矿重特大事故时有发生,煤矿事故发生给我国造成了极大的经济损失,并产生了不良的社会影响。我国煤矿企业安全生产诚信缺失的问题还不同程度存在,文章探索了煤炭企业诚信管理的构成模式,其模式主要包括安全诚信管理理念、安全诚信管理机制、安全诚信管理制度、安全诚信管理措施四个部分。
In the recent years, the nasty accidents frequently occurred in China coal mines. Those mine accidents occurred had brought heavy economic lost to China and caused harmful social influences. In different degree, there were safety production and honesty shortage problems existed in China coal mine enterprises. The paper discovered the composition mode of the coal enterprise＇ s honesty management and the mode would be including the safety honesty management conception, the safety honesty management mechanism, the safety honesty management regulation and the safety honesty management measures.
