论文基于2009年中国企业海外资源并购的相关统计基础数据,对海外资源并购的区位分布、并购的方式与手段、并购主体、并购的支付方式进行了详细的分析。结合2009年中铝并购力拓事件的失败原因,提出了海外资源并购的策略:鼓励多元化的主体参与并购;通过合作与联盟的方式参与并购;注意淡化国家色彩;采取低调扩张的策略;扩大并购目的地范围。
