摘要
新疆八钢A高炉(2500m^3)自2008年7月出现泵房冷却能全负荷勉强维持生产需求的状况,2009年3月,泵房的热交换器能力不足,冷却水散热条件受温度制约,炉内煤气流不稳定等因素。通过采取稳定炉况,冷却优化措施,对布料和送风参数进行了调整,A高炉的炉体冷却改善,高炉利用系数到2.1,煤比稳定到140kg/t。
