活性石灰回转窑用耐火砖损坏原因及对策

Study on cause to damage of refractory lining of active lime Grate-rotatory kiln

对生产活性石灰的回转窑耐火材料的破损原因进行分析,认为炉衬的附着物质与氧化硅和氧化铁的反应有关,硅酸钙与CaO是结圈的主要组成,硅酸盐主要与煤的灰分有关;应该改善耐火材料的性能以提高其使用寿命。

The present paper analyses the reasons of damage of the refractory lining in the rotary kiln producing active lime and results show that the substance clinging on the lining is closely related with reaction of the silica and iron oxide and main constituents of the lump attaching on the lining are composed of Calcium silicate and CaO and the silicate mainly comes from the ash of the coal.The key to extension of the lining life is improvement in the properties of the refractories.
