摘要
结合武钢炼钢总厂二分厂的生产实际,对连铸坯头坯气孔的分布规律、产生原因进行分析,通过优化中包砌筑及烘烤方法,改进开浇操作和加强头坯火焰清理,厂内头坯气孔废弃率大幅降低,同时轧后头坯改判量减少。
In connection with the practical conditions of production in No.2 Branch of the General Steel-making Plant of WISCO the distribution of air bubble on the head of CC billet and origin of formation are analyzed.By means of optimization of brick working and baking methods of the tundish and by improving the casting-start operation and strengthening the scarfing on the billet head the rejected rate of billets due to formation of air bubble in the billet head is greatly reduced and rejudgement rate of the rolled billets lowered as well.
