摘要
分析保护渣的主要性能指标和重轨钢角部缺陷产生的原因,并通过对保护渣成分的调整,降低保护渣的碱度、黏度和熔点,增加了液渣层厚度和渣耗量,较为有效的控制了渣圈的形成,使得铸坯角部缺陷基本消除。
The major properties of the mold powder and causes to formation of corner defect of heavy rail steel were analyzed and by adjusting the composition of mold powder,reducing the alkalinity,viscosity and melting point of mold powder,increasing the thickness of molten slag layer and the slag consumption formation of the slag ring is effectively controlled and therefore the corner defect of the slab is basically eliminated.
