摘要
无有机溶剂条件下,以正辛基溴及巯基乙醇为主要原料,采用相转移催化技术合成了2-羟乙基正辛基硫醚(避虫醇),并用红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征。研究了正辛基溴与巯基乙醇摩尔比、反应时间、反应温度、催化剂种类及用量、碳酸钠及水用量等因素对反应的影响。结果表明,较佳的反应条件(以0.1mol巯基乙醇计)为:n(n-C8H17Br):n(HSCH2CH2OH)=0.7:1,催化剂2mmol,碳酸钠0.05mol,水40.0mL,反应温度50℃,反应时间7h。在该条件下避虫醇的平均收率可达98.5%。该方法条件温和,操作简便,后处理容易,具有较好的工业化应用前景。
Using 1-bromooctane and mercaptoethanol as raw materials,the 2-hydroxyethyl n-octyl sulfide was synthesized under organic solvent-free condition with phase transfer catalysis technique.The structure of the synthesized product was characterized by IR and 1H-NMR spectra.The effects of the molar ratio of 1-bromooctane to mercaptoethanol,reaction time and temperature,the category and amount of catalyst,amount of sodium carbonate used and the volume of water used on the reaction were studied.The results show that the appropriate reaction conditions are as follows(based on 0.1 mol HSCH2CH2OH):n(n-C8H17Br):n(HSCH2CH2OH) = 0.7:1,catalyst amount 2 mmol,sodium carbonate amount 0.05 mol,water 40.0 mL,reaction temperature 50℃ and reaction time 7 h.Under above conditions,the average yield of the 2-hydroxyethyl n-octyl sulfide is about 98.5%.Since its reaction condition is mild,its operation is simple and convenient and its aftertreatment is uncomplicated,the proposed preparation route could be considered to have good prospect for industrial application.
