镧对UV-C胁迫下番茄幼苗的防护作用 被引量:2

Protective Effects of La^(3+) on Tomato Seedling under UV-C Stress

摘要 在温室中研究了La3+对UV-C辐射胁迫下番茄幼苗保护酶活性及光合色素的影响。结果表明:UV-C胁迫降低了番茄幼苗SOD和POD活性,增加了膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量。La3+对UV-C胁迫下番茄幼苗SOD和POD有显著的调控作用。与单一UV-C胁迫组相比,番茄幼苗SOD活性平均增加了38.03%,POD活性平均增加了20.43%,番茄幼苗MDA含量平均降低18.63%,表明La3+有效防止了番茄幼苗细胞膜脂过氧化作用,一定程度上缓解了番茄幼苗膜系统的伤害。La3+能够显著缓解UV-C辐射胁迫对光合色素的降解作用。与单一UV-C胁迫组相比,番茄幼苗叶绿素a平均提高了17.65%,叶绿素b平均提高了17.11%,类胡萝卜素含量维持较高水平。综合比较各项指标,30 mg.L-1LaCl3在UV-C辐射胁迫下对番茄幼苗的防护效果好于60 mg.L-1LaCl3。 The protective effects of La3+ on the activities of protective enzymes and photosynthetic pigments in tomato seedling were examined under UV-C radiation stress in the greenhouse.The results showed that the UV-C stress decreased the activities of SOD and POD in tomato seedling leaves and increased the content of membrane lipid peroxidation products MDA.The La3+ had significantly regulatory effects on the activities of SOD and POD in tomato seedling under the UV-C radiation stress.The SOD activity was averagely increased 38.03% by La3+,the POD activity increased 20.43% and the MDA content decreased 18.63% comparing with single UV-C stress group.These results indicated that the La3+ could prevente membrane lipid peroxidation effectively and also could relieve the damage of cell membrane system to some degree.The La3+ could significantly relieve photosynthetic pigments degradation.Compared with single UV-C stress group,Chlorophylla was increased 17.65% by La3+ averagely,Chlorophyllb increased 17.11% and the Carotenoid in tomato seedling under UV-C radiation stress was maintained at a high level by La3+.By comprehensive comparison of various index,30 mg·L-1 LaCl3 had the better protective effect than 60 mg·L-1 LaCl3 under UV-C stress.
