摘要
叙述了世界能源发展的形势和中国面临的挑战,指出了中国能源可持续发展的指导思想和原则以及2050年前中国能源发展分为3个阶段的战略定位,表明了科学、绿色、低碳的中国能源战略的基本内涵和意义,展望了21世纪上半叶中国能源发展趋势,提出了实施科学、绿色、低碳能源战略的建议。
The development of world energy situation and challenges of China were described in this paper,pointed out the guidelines and principles of China＇s energy sustainable development and strategic positioning of China＇s energy development which is divided into three stages before 2050.Indicated that the basic content and meaning of science,green,low-carbon energy strategy.Looked forward to the trend of China＇s energy development in the first half of the 21th century.Put forth recommendations on implementing science,green,low-carbon energy strategy.
